АННОТАЦИЯ  

Визуализация представлений о времени, лежащих в основе онтологической  метафоры «Время – живое существо»

Данная статья является попыткой осуществления междисциплинарного подхода к изучению представлений о времени. Кратко прослеживая историю олицетворения  времени в различных видах искусства, авторы приходят к выводу, что основным механизмом сознания, позволяющим представить время в зрительном образе, является онтологическая метафора «Время – живое существо», свойственная естественному языку человека.

ANNOTATION

Visualization of an ontological metaphor “Time is a Living Being” based on time notions.

This article is an attempt to realize an interdisciplinary approach to the studies of Time. Briefly analyzing the history of personification of Time in fine art, the authors have come to the conclusion that the main mechanism of representing time in a visual image is an ontological metaphor “Time is a Living Being” natural for a human language.
